3. Ordering, Shipping & Returns

Dropshipping partners may fulfill some products to your job site or clinic.
Shipping times vary based on product type and destination.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened products. Restocking fees may apply.

Consulting services include 30-minute Zoom sessions, EMF layout assessments, and product recommendations. These are non-refundable once the session is confirmed or completed.

5. Affiliate Program

Our Affiliate License allows qualified individuals to resell or promote NoFreq’s products. Commissions, tracking tools, and marketing assets are included. Abusing the program or misleading claims will result in termination.

Return and Refund Policy

🔁 Eligible Returns

You may return most physical products within 30 days of delivery if they are:

Unused and unopened
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

This includes:

EMF shielding paint (sealed)
Grounding kits, shielding fabric, and RF tapes
EMF meters and accessories
Clothing and apparel (unworn, unwashed)

Digital products and services such as PDF reports, Zoom consultations, and affiliate licenses are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Opened EMF paint containers
Custom-cut window films or fabrics
Used meters or damaged apparel
Completed consultations or layout reports
Affiliate License Fees

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus shipping and applicable restocking fees (typically 10%).
We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting the above criteria.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error. Contact us first to request a return authorization and instructions.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the product and place a new order.
